Storming Emergence 横空出世 - The first Simplified Chinese Pokemon Card Set 1.0

The first Simplified Chinese version of the Pokemon Trading Card Game was launched on October 28th, 2022 in Mainland China. Prior to this, Chinese Pokemon had only been available as Traditional Chinese, which is a dialect most used in regions such as Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

The first Simplified Chinese sets are a remix of popular cards from previous expansions within the Sun & Moon series, starting with 横空出世 or ‘Storming Emergence’ which is split into 3 main subsets: Red, Green and Blue (CSM1a, CSM1b & CSM1c respectively)

Some of the chase cards from CSM1a include the Charizard GX, Mewtwo & Espeon SSRs which you will no doubt recognize from the english Hidden Fates set:
